To stop all posts and set up an auto responder to the sender, you must enable two features on the specific list:

1) Emergency Moderation - Enable

- This will stop all messages being posted to the specific list.

2) Auto responder - Enable and configure automated message.

- This will turn on the auto responder with a customizable message for the specific list.
