New Outlook : 


  1. Open Outlook
  2. Enter Calendar Mode
  3. On the top menu bar, navigate to 'File > Open > Shared Calendar'
  4. In the search bar, type in the name of the calendar and press Open.
  5. If you have permission to add this shared calendar, you will see the message below. Press Allow


If you do not have permission to add this shared calendar, you will see the message below. 




'Old' Legacy Outlook Interface


  1. Open Outlook.

  2. Enter Calendar mode.

  3. On the Home tab click Open Shared Calendar .
  4. In the search bar, type in the name of the calendar and press Open.

    • If you have permission to add this shared calendar, you will see the message below. Press Allow
    • If you do not have permission to add this shared calendar, you will see the message below. 
      • To request access to a team calendar, contact ITHelp@isoc.org.
      • To request access to a colleague's calendar, contact the person directly.

  5. The calendar is on the left-hand side panel, under the Shared Calendars heading.
