If you are on a new mobile device, please submit a ticket to ITHelp@isoc.org. Kindly wait for a confirmation from the IT team before completing the steps below.




1. On Your Computer:



    I. Using your Browser:

        a. Navigate to webmail.isoc.org and sign in.

        b. You will be prompted with the screen shown below.





II. Proceed with Setup:

    a. Click "Next" on the following screens.








    b. Once you reach the page shown below, stop here. Do not proceed further on your computer.








2. On Your Mobile Device:



I. Download the Microsoft Authenticator App:

    a. Download the app from your device's app store.

    b. Grant necessary permissions and complete the initial setup.



 


II. Add an Account:

    a. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app.

    b. Tap the "Add account" button.

    




    c. Select "Work or school account".






III. Scan the QR Code:

    a. scan the QR code shown on your laptop screen








3. Finalize the Setup:


I. On your computer, click "Next."

    a. Return to your computer and click "Next".




    b. After scanning the QR code and clicking on "Next", Microsoft Authenticator (on the computer browser) will generate a one-time code.




    c. Enter this code on your phone's Microsoft Authenticator app prompt to verify the setup and tap "Yes" to confirm.






II. Complete on Computer:

    a. On your computer, click "Next".






III. Final Confirmation:

    a. You should see a confirmation message indicating that the Microsoft Authenticator has been successfully set up.
