At the login screen, click "Forgot my password"
Resolve the Captcha and click Next.
You can enter a code from your Microsoft Authenticator app, or approve a notification in the Microsoft Authenticator app. Note: If you use a different authenticator app, you will only have the option to use the TOTP code.
Set your new password. Click Finish.
Once you see this screen, you can now log in with your new password.
